I've been looking all over the web and here and can't find the ansewer to my ? How do you or can you light a cb1200 if the igniter fails ? I plan to order a spare one just wondered if it could be done in a pinch ?

You can manually light ANY pellet stove, even if the ignitor fails. Many people use a propane torch while the stove is in start-up mode. You can also use starter gel, or cheap hand sanitizer will work too. Just put a handfull of pellets in the burn pot, and light....as soon as the flame is decent, close the door.
