Marshvegas Mass
Morning, Where is the best place to get a replacement chain? Amazon or local Stihl dealer? I have re-sharpened the crap out of mine and it's time to buy new. I might as well throw a new bar on as well for my girl... Thanks in advance... Go Pats!!

I would go with your local Stihl dealer ... they should know there chains and which to use in your situation.
I would also pick up a 2in1 chain sharpener that fits your new chain . this sharper brings your chain back to almost new condition.. Marshvegas ..I hadn't hear that before ..is that because of that Tyler guy ...

I bought a couple of Oregon full chisel 18 inchers for my MS290 this summer off of eBay, p/n 22LPX074, cut like a beast.

Thanks for the advice... I will try the Oregon. Marshvegas because there used to be a casino here many moons ago on the beach. Must have been nice... The Tyler guy as well as the drummer still reside here as well. You see them around town now and then. Have a GREAT day

And you do have that fair .. ;)

Yes, Mid to end of August... Haven't been in a few years. Used to enjoy the demo derby, but the rest is a mess. I really enjoy the Levitate concert series they have at the fairgrounds. The also have a blues fest and other goins on...
