The cheaper one doesn’t come with mesh or tape. You can get along ok without the adhesive, but mesh and tape are a must.
 
I got my kit online from Rockford Chimney Supply. It was under $200 for the 6" liner size x 15' set. It comes with everything, except the stainless baling wire. That was $11 at Harbor Freight. It came by FedEx, free shipping, in 2 days. There is no extra material. When they say 15', that's what I got, not 1" more.
 
It needs to be foil faced listed chimney liner insulation and you need the tape and mesh. The adhesive you can buy locally I wouldn't worry about that.
