I have a clay teracotta liner in my fireplace chimney. Its rectangular, inner dimensions are 6"x10".

I need to remove it for a stainless liner.

I bought a liner buster. Its the 4x4" buster and the rods. Used my corded drill to try my hand ad busting it up. I/m doing more damage to the 4x4" buster than I am the clay liner. This is not working out. This clay is tougher that I though.

Am I doing something wrong??

Any tips?
