Classic Bay insert fan mod?

Greetings everyone,
I recently installed a Quadrafire 1200i pellet stove. I've seen a couple posts on here in random threads talking about a modification to this stove to have the fan run on high at all settings. Is there a write up somewhere on how to do this? I've tried seaching and not having any luck. Thanks in a advance.

For your reading pleasure... Not sure if all Quads are the same but the CB has aluminum heat exchangers so keep that in mind when reviewing the mods on the exchanger tubes.

Thank you. I was looking for an exact write up on how to do it. But with those couple of threads I'm pretty sure I know what I need to do. I'm only looking to mod the fan speed not messing with the heat tubes.
