I am buying a comforter stove from a neighbor and there seems to be extra parts. One I know is a coal grate but the other parts fit the stove in no logical way. here is a picture of the parts the bigger one is the coal basket/grate

for $ 100.00 not a bad stove after i painted it black

I have a comforter, as did my father in early eighties.Nice heaters but tops are prone to cracking. My coal grate is a ribbed plate that covers the entire bottom and 2 inches up the back side.Nothing like Yours, it has none of the other parts you show,i wouldn't worry about it. i'm asking $150 for mine
