Does anyone know how to stop the condensation behind the wall thimble ? My wood stove pipes out the side of my house.

Does anyone know how to stop the condensation behind the wall thimble ? My wood stove pipes out the side of my house.
Keep the fiberglass out of there for one. It shouldnt be there and without it you will get some air flow which should keep condensation to a minimum
