I hope someone can assist me with this. I am having problems with the damper rod on this fireplace insert. It wont close all the way. I have no manual. What is the rod connected to, and how do I get to it? I read somewhere it attaches to a clip that might have broken, but how do I access this.
Thank you in advance for any help.
