I have a country hearth 2000e, my buddy has exact same one, mine was produced in 2016, his in 2015.... both of ours are splitting on the face of the box where the door closes top left and top right corners of the opening going perfectly horisontal to outside walls...US stove never answers the phone and I have been waiting 4 days now for them to call me back....anyone else have this problem, resolution????
