So, what do you consider a good crusing temp for your cat with respect to your stove top temp? For me it's a cat temp of 800-900 with a stove top of 350 give or take.
 
Please put your stove model in your avatar's signature line in the user settings. Without this, the thread doesn't mean as much.
 
I don't have a cat probe, but crusing stove top temp for me is around 350 - 400. The PH cranks out massive heat here.

My VC will cruise for several hours with cat 1100-1200, stovetop 450-500 and flue probe at 350
I never pay attention to the stovetop temp. The two probes is what drives the stove.
