dc to ac inverter for pellet stove?

I really doubt it will be smoothed signed and probably will make the motors humm.

Whats the maxx wattage of your stove including igniter draw?
 
I think you are correct, the stove is an englander 25pdvc i read on this forum that it draws about 800 watts on startup then runs on 300 watts i guess i will just have to use the 8hp generator and surge protector. thank you for the response. Don't know what i was thinking just realized that inverter is only 400 watts would never work on startup must be the pellet stove fever LOL
 
You could get bye if you disconnect the igniter and manually lite the stove, But try to find an inverter that is smoothed. Or true sign. These cheap ones have a square sign wave that can ruin the motors.
