Defiance Master's Choice - need help finding an installation manual

I have a wood stove that was once in my uncles house and it was removed.i am wanting to put it in my house but because of city codes I have to have the installation manual. I am not having any luck finding the manual.can anyone help?

there isn't a name of the stove.but I have the serial number which is 101D0034 and the model number is 1449C0
