I’m looking for an ash auger motor and gear box for my Dell point anyone know where to find one new or used any help would be great thanks

I have a question on a Dell Point Europa 75.
I start up the stove just like always do, it runs for about 2 minutes and then shows E3, low voltage.
I have switched plugins, power strips, unhooked the backup battery, just about everything I can think of and it still does it every time.
Anyone know what it could be??
