I've got 1 1/4 tons left after I sold some bags to some locals in need. I'm beginning to wonder if I left myself with enough. At current consumption levels, I will run out at the end of April.

At least it should not come with the polar vortex cold. Woke up to temps still above freezing here in Minnesota. Lost almost 8 inches of snow yesterday.

28 deg here, supposed to hit 40 today and 50 tomorrow, rain wed, snow storm over night to Thurs and 18 deg that night, then back to high 30s on the weekend. So maybe it really is entering the shoulder season here.

Just bought another 1/2 ton this weekend, bring it on :)
I got 20 bags of Spruce Pointe pellets over the weekend.

I have 50 bags left. Hopefully enough. I have burned pine equine pellets. Expensive. I save a few bags of wood pellets and mix them. Trying to find cherry pits. Anyone know in south jersey/Philadelphia area?

Ready for Wednesday, all cleaned up and the a Logic on stand-by.

45 bags left and a new snow blower. Won't snow at my house!!

i don't shut it down till june. learned my lesson.

Stove is on a thermostat so it turns itself on and shuts itselff off as needed.

Not even a thought until all the days and nights are above freezing. Could be awhile....

They're talking about permanent shutdown... the final cleaning for the season.

Two years ago, I burned far more bags in May than in March.

Good thing that I'm getting three tons delivered tomorrow after reading the NWS forecast for here. Wednesday a winter storm will dump 10 to 20 inches of snow starting in the a.m. and continuing into Thursday afternoon. Winds to 32 mph from the north and temps as low as 3 degrees F. Gonna need those pellets!!!

Probably a tank of gas for the snowblower and generator. Hate late season storms as they usually are heavy.

I don't think this one will be, cuz the temps are to drop throughout the afternoon and be in the low teens by dark on Wednesday when the heaviest fall is to occur. Blowing and drifting will be a big problem though.

Is that a bad thing? I will run out before the end of April.

I hear ya. Going to get gas for the genny today. Calling for 14" of snow, sleet, and rain. BS!

I got four tons of fireside ultra delivered a couple of weeks ago. I just used up the last of the four tons I bought last year. I'll buy another 2 tons this summer.

Weather service say now we will difinitely get 12 to 16 " of snow and blowing snow by Thursday morning. My 4 tons of pellets have become 3 and now today I received 2 after my dealer called and wanted to know if I could get along until early April on 2 tons!! Yup. I understand that he has so many folks who have no other source of pellets that he could satisfy many with those two tons between now and April. lets hope that he gets his April shipment. I think I'll be ok for now and at three bags per day (teens and 20s), the two tons should take me 34 days from now.
