My daughter and son in law are moving into a new house, which currently has a frightening wood stove installation which needs to be completely redone (but that's the subject for another thread). Their new neighbor offered them an old Quaker stove, not sure which model (any idea?), to replace the Defiant which is way too big for the room. Without getting into whether it's legal to install in any particular jurisdiction, is this old stove even worth considering? I presume it's an unlisted stove requiring the generic 36" clearances? I haven't seen it in person yet, this photo is all I have.

OTOH it might be an improved replacement for the even older smoke dragon in our cabin...
