What drawing program is everyone here using to draw mechanical piping block diagrams?

I use Inkscape Vector Illustrator. It is free and something I am familiar with from my work with graphic design for software. It allows you to draw shapes, move and resize them, manipulate layers, enter text, etc. However, I am sure there are other pieces of software that are really meant for piping schematics and have prefab items that can be easily manipulated.
