I purchased a New England 30' best flex liner to today and its not 30 ' these liner should not be stretched before installation correct? I think the piece must of just been cut short or something its like 3 feet short. Thanks

Should the actual liner be 30' or do they have it somewhat shorter for the length of the tee maybe thats part of it but still seems to short.
 
It should not be an inch short of 30'.
 
Sounds like someone snipped off 3 ft or it was mis-cut from a larger roll.
