Earth stone fireplace insert

Hello, new to forum and fireplace inserts.
I just purchased a earth stone fireplace insert, it has firebricks on the bottom and nothing on sides or back, I haven’t been able to find any information on it, model no. Is wore off,
Any help on whether it should have brick on the sides and back would be appreciated,

I don't know these inserts, but you'll likely be asked to post pics of the inside and outside so people can figure out what model you have...
