I was down on pellets a few weeks ago (before the heat hit in Maine) and I bought 20 bags of Energex from Knight's Farm Supply in Augusta - and I'm not sure how I feel about them.
I should mention that they are in the green bag (no eagle).
They produce a bunch of black ash and seem to have a ton of sparks and fly-aways while burning. And the pellets are tiny tiny tiny. I'm also not sure that they burn all that hot - but it could be the season too.
Anyone else had this experience with Energex?
