Sorry this is a dumb question, just purchased and installed, love it so far and its only been 2 days......when it comes to cleaning, should it be done every new season?, and if so what does the cleaning process include?.....do u have to clean the vent piping by taking it all apart or just keep up with all the ashes.........thanx in advance

Hey Fonz, welcome to the Forum. If you purchased the stove new you should have received the DVD with it that shows you how to do the daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance. If not then you can find the information on the England's Stove Works website at http://www.englandsstoveworks.com/

Yeah. Mike Holton the customer service manager for England's is the star of the DVD and he takes you through the cleaning and maintenance of the stove step by step. He is also a participant in this Forum.
