The ESP probe refactory cover finally ripped off. Does this affect the temp for the ESP probe? I hooked it all back up and the stove seems to be running fine but was wondering if anyone had this problem and how they addressed it. Thanks

Get yourself a NEW ESP, ASAP. Without the protection it's gonna fail & you will be SOL without it.
