Hello! New to the site,I just got a old federal airtight 224 for free and it looks to be in good shape besides some new gaskets thinking of setting it up in my garage anyone think its worth it? Tips,ideas ect... anyone else have one of these
 
Not intending to be a spoilsport here, but you may want to re-think the idea of putting flames in an area that is filled with potentially explosive fumes. Many building inspectors & many insurance companies will not permit you to install a woodstove in a garage, JUST for that reason...
