I could leave the 3 bricks and they would burn for about 2 hours or so. But I use them for starters, so once they're about half through, I knock them down and lay my splits on top. They fire real nice

I could probably load about 15 in my fire box, and that's just an estimate.

Cold 40's rain NE wind no sun for days I fired up the wood stove again last night. I may have to fire it up tonight too
Wifie starrts hinting its chilly. Man did it su-- playing golf last night. Hard to swing in a winter jacket. Even worse watching the sox go down to the yankees. MSG Go AVAS. Wignut too bad about the wings

I hear ya Elk It was even worse watching them lose in person!! It was funny that the fans had nothin to say about them gettin drubbed 14-3 the night before. Dern Yankees :/

If it's chilly again tonight, the stove will get fired up again.

Cold 40-50 and heavy rain today and tomorrow. Raining so hard i can't go out and cut and split wood.

The stove is going 24/7 for the last few days. Only 40's for highs Thur, Fri, and Sat.
