Filled the wood shed this week.

I have been in the new house for just over a year now and finally managed to fill the wood shed. There are 5 bays 3 of which are filled to the top with 3 year old mixed hardwood which is 5 rows deep.

The 4th bay has this years hardwood from some firewood rounds inherited on my property. You can see the colour difference. The last bay i have just split some kindling i got from a roof truss place near my work. I can get heaps during summer when i can be bothered.

How much wood do you think?

Do the math...a cord is 4x4x8....looking good! How cold does it get there?

Measure it all out in feet. Multiply your three numbers. Divide by 128. That's your cords.
