I had an ambiance elegance 42 set and vented by the local fireplace company. I'm now working on the wiring and wondering if regular romex is ok to run into the bottom of the unit for power for the blower? Manual does not list any special wiring requirements, but I am wondering if it should be some type of high temp wire?

Typically the wiring connection is down at the base of the fireplace where it is cool. Romex is ok as long as it is routed the required distance from the fireplace as a combustible and does not cross any vents, or piping.
