Can some one post a picture of there Harman p61 running on 1. This is my second one ( brand new) and it's way higher then my old old one. It usually a little pile of ash, now it's like it's on 3 setting.

A 1 setting tells it whether it will vent the heat outside, or put some into the room. The feed rate can affect the height of the flame (depending on mode - I assume you are using Stove temp mode as you did last year).
