I am looking to get a probe to monitor my flue temp. Plan to hook it up to a Mypin controller. Suggestions on the best one? Don't want to mess around with cheap/unreliable ones...do it once and do it right! Thanks in advance.

I bought a cheap type K probe on Ebay and have never had an issue with it, 4 years this year. Just make sure you get one with a long enough lead. If you don't lengthen the wires properly you'll get a false reading.

Originally looking for recommendations on probes, but could use them on controllers too!
