Gasket size?

Put new gaskets in this year, and used 1/2". Last year I used 5/8", and closing the door was a little more difficult.
I'm still trying to reduce air infiltration in this stove, and I'm wondering if I don't still have a door leak. Dollar bill test is fine, but even with the air closed completely, the fire still burns pretty well, and will go to 600-700. With the weather we're having, not an issue, except that I'm still going through more wood than I think I should.
Here's a couple pics of the opening and the door. Does it look like I might have a leak? Hard to tell from where you're sitting, I know, but this is driving me slightly crazy.
Stove doesn't usually go over those temps (unless I forget to shut the air down :red: ), so not overfiring.
Edit: Forgot to mention, the gasket channel is 5/8" wide.
