Getting ready for my hampton insert install

Got the rest of the damper out, gonna pick up my liner next week.
Just above the damper area for maybe 6' the narrowest is 8-9" one way, any problem getting the insulated liner through that?

It will be a little snug but should pull down through there ok if it is a relatively straight shot.

When i installed my buddys hampton he picked up safe and sound roxul, i didnt notice it. He gave me the rest of it, think its ok to use it for the block off plate and top of chimney? His really seems to have no cold drafts and performs great.

Hows this look? Made a tile knocker then used my digging bar some more, then dropped my digging bar! Got it out though.
Vacuumed up what i could, only the bottom 2 tiles fell below. View attachment 161632

Im gonna stop by the chimney shop and see what angled stove top connector i can get. I can almost get the liner straight but i think a small angle will be easier. Is there a common angled connector that works well?

Can the liner itself be used for that, or is it already cut and secured?

I dont think the liner fits in the stove top with out a collar

My fp floor is about an inch lower then the brick out front, i can just build it up with durarock right?

Maybe some are idk! I just want it to slide in nice and easy, if i remember correctly from installing my friends i will need it all the same hight.
