I'm mulling a Harman Accentra insert purchase, and while the stoves themselves seem to get good reviews on these and other boards, I've seen that dealer reliability is critical since Harman requires the selling dealer to provide service. Dealer info is scarce online (the Better Business Bureau has some, but not much), and I prefer word of mouth anyway. I'm visiting dealers but I doubt that gives me the whole story. Any good experiences with dealers in southeastern MA? Specifically, near where I am in Stoughton. Thanks in advance.
