There are a few brands of stoves that I refuse to work on.

Fixing their product is not that hard of an issue most of the time and i would never want to refuse service to someone in need. AES just wants something from me in return which i constantly refuse. I guess if they were really serious about helping their customers they would either 1, have dealers and not under cut them by selling direct, 2 seek out the most qualified service people or 3, r and d a product worthy of the hard earned money people put up for an alternative heat source.

As of today i havent heard anything back....i guess we'll have to wait till next year.
