I'm in my 5th season with this insert and it's mostly great. I've noticed this year that the secondary air tube are sagging. Is this normal? Are replacement parts covered under the warranty?

Thanks!

Yes they are covered under warranty unless you use bio bricks. Easy to replace too. Vice grips and a hammer.

Mine have started to sag as well. It seems to have an effect on how the baffle rests on top, but not on performance. Perhaps I will call them and see what they can do for me.

The biggest impact I've noticed is I can't get logs loaded under the tubes.
