I'm in my 5th season with this insert and it's mostly great. I've noticed this year that the secondary air tube are sagging. Is this normal? Are replacement parts covered under the warranty?

Mine have started to sag as well. It seems to have an effect on how the baffle rests on top, but not on performance. Perhaps I will call them and see what they can do for me.
lock on a pair of vice grips to the tube. Hit the vice grips a hammer to the left. The tube will come out. To reinstall hammer the the right to you hear the tube thud against the outside of the stove. note: line up the notch on the tube with the hole in the stove before
