Had this same issue with my Accentra a few years back...unfortunately it was the control board.

I just went with a new one, never tried to diagnose anything specific on the board.

It can take up to an hour to shut off depending on the outside tempurature. I got it from Earth Sense Energy Systems(Pellethead.com), they are extremely helpful. I don't remember offhand how much it was.
