Started getting a squealing noise when my distribution fan kicks on then shuts off when it gets to speed. Anyone have this problem and what was your fix?

Take the motor out and see if you can get some 3in 1 oil into the bearings. Blue can of oil. Give the oil a little time to work it's way into the bearing while keeping the motor turned up on end. It helps to turn the shaft also. If it just started and you can get some oil into them, the bearings, you can usually make them last a good while. This oiling needs to be part of your yearly maintance program going forward, on the convection motor also.

If your not handy it's probably better to just have someone replace the motor.
