Hearth standing stove with rear flue? Help!

Hi,
I need to find a stove to fit in my hearth but it needs a rear flue. Is this a rare feature as I've done a ton of searching and the only ones with rear vents are really expensive by comparison. I'd rather free standing than an insert as it seems like it would heat much better.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at the Jotul line. Most of theirs have reversible flue collars.
Hearthstone also make a hearth mount stove, the Homestead...
There ARE other rear exit models available, but you won't be
disappointed if you get the right sized insert.

If you want to go hybrid (cat plus secondary) the Woodstock Absolute is cheap...as expensive stoves go.
