Sorry for your troubles. as far as the stove i am not familiar with it but you can check the gaskets with the dollar bill test to make sure you are getting a good seal all the way around. And as far as the electric Can you get your hands on a kerosene heater to supplement the stove ? I have 2 just incase of an emergency and the kerosene can be stored for years. Its a good back up plan just a thought good luck.
