Heat pump hot water heater

We just did our taxes and expect to get a good amount back. we are looking upgrading our hot water heater. We currently have a conventional 40 gallon hwh from 1994. I am looking at a rheem hybrid hwh model ModelXE80T10HD50U0. Anyone ever used a heat pump hwh? How about that model? Any pros and cons?
