If it doesn't have a up tag it is an unlisted stove so the model doesn't really matter

How do u explain that to the insurance company

Tell them it is an unlisted stove. Most likely they will not insure it.

Worst case is youll just have to remove it or not to use it because if it causes a fire it wouldnt be insured.

I sure as heck wouldnt burn in that.
