Hello! Im trying to install a wood stove. My issue is the chimney. Im going out the wall. Going out the roof may be better but its not an option. My issue is once I get the pipe out of the house and go UP. Its going to come out of the house apx 2/3 feet lower than the roof. My house has a completely jacked up roof. A Roofers nightmare. It has peeks/gables/hips and valleys there is no Level Flat area of the whole thing. Where I want to go up it has probably 5 ft or so of clearance but then it goes up to a gable the top of the gable would be the highest point of the roof. BUT its WAY up there. When I put my pipe up do I need to clear the highest point of my roof?? That's going to be a LOT of pipe sticking out in the air. Even with supports this KS wind is not going to play nice with it. I definitely don't want to catch anything on fire but Im at a loss. Any suggestions?
