Help with Selkirk flashing on metal roof

Im in the process of removing my rubber boot and purchased selkirk flashing,my question is after I tuck the flashing under the roof do I screw down the sides of the flashing then seal it ?

Yes if it is in that orientation I would screw the sides down or cut it down so it ends on a rib. Then use one of the foam filler strips at the bottom that is sold at roofing supply places. No need to seal anywhere if it tucks under a section of roofing. If you are tucking into a cut seal at the edges of the cut

Thanks bholler @ 72 I'm not too keen to go up on a metal roof anymore.its going to be a chore cleaning up all that caulking to get the rubber boot off.i probably will use a leftover piece of roof and put one end over the flashing and tuck the other end under the ridge cap
