I don't burn pellets but I don't understand why buying more than 1 season's worth when the price is high and supply is tight makes sense. There was that pellet factory fire that burned up quite a bit of stock. Which mean that next year there will be more and price will be lower right?

I have great pellets here in MN, $100 gram. I'll cover shipping. Seriously? Wow! I can still get a ton a little over $200, corn right now is looking good again but only for a few weeks I'd guess at $180.
I am just south of columbus about 1/2 hour.Right of st rt 22 in amanda,ohio....there is actually a pellet mill/distributor in circleville, ohio that all the local stores buy them from. I buy mine from a place called Henrys feed mill in lancaster, ohio.heading out right now to go get them.

It doesn't make sense. Pellet pigs that hoard multi season home supply right now worth when public supplies are low may have a mental disorder and may need to seek treatment.
