HNI owns them.Generally,as they bought out a company,they also purchase the site that builds them,and they run as separate divisions.HNI is quite big.

Yes, you had mentioned this in another thread,. Can’t remember which, however, one of them has plant up in Minnesota. Is it going to be like General Motors, putting a Chevy engine in a Caddy...

Looks like some of the electronics on the different brands are similar?

Harmans electrics are different,because of how they are designed/built,but yes,I believe you are right,some of the other brands use interchangeable parts.
