high winds blew my chimney pipe over, is it easy to put it back myself?

Recent high winds in my area blew my chimney pipe over on top of the roof. It came apart where their is a joint in the pieces of stove pipe. Can I easily put these back together myself? I haven't made it up on the roof as I just noticed it tonight, it's raining and I'm home alone with my 3 little kids.
 
It should go back together fine. They're twist-lock. I would add some locking bands at the joints after you get it back together.
