I have an out-the-back through the way horizontal pipe that goes into a T-vertical.
I was having some problems, as posted the other day, and was told to clean out everything really good -- I did. It's working much better now, except: the pipe out the stove seems to be hotter than usual. Usually I can comfortably keep my hand on it, but it's feeling hotter than that today, and also around where the pipe enters the inside wall thimble. The wall (ie drywall) itself feels cool, and the outside vent pipe is about as hot as usual.
Any ideas? Just the pellets? Should I vacuum out the section of pipe coming out of the stove? Am I just paranoid because I almost had a vent fire the other day?
