How far away from wall?

Hello, how far away from a cinderblock wall with real stone on top of it should my wood stove be with no ul label, I know the default is 36 inches but I do not have a combustible wall anywhere close to the stove.
 
Cool, I was assuming cinderblock and stone were considered not combustible? is that correct? And one other question is how far away from windows does triple wall pipe have to be?
