Just curious if anyone had a rough guestimate on what it costs to run the electric blower on the average wood stove. I realize all are different and there are many variables just looking for an idea of what kind of difference to notice in electric bill if burning 24/7.
Thankyou in advance!

There should be a tag on it somewhere that will give you the amount of usage. Your electric bill will give you the price of electricity.

Funny I found this thread, I was just discussing it with the wife, I love hearth.com. All my questions are answered before I know what they are!

don't get it my stove says 115 volts ,60hz, 80 watts
so it would be 1 x 115(v) =115?

No your fan is rated in watts, Web was just working from amps/ yours at 80 watts would be a little over half of his example

Yeah, 80 watts divided by 115 volts = .7 amps, about. Volts x amps = watts.
