How much extra air do you think a 1/2 inch boost air hole is supplying to a stove burn and how does it affect your stove ?

It would depend on the velocity.

I have two 1/4” boost air holes in my F45 and it effects my setup greatly. Burns much better with them plugged.

With a full load that on the edge of an over fire I’m guessing 150 degrees. Just a guess.

It depends entirely upon your draft.

Treat it as a simple orfice. If you know the diameter of the hole and the pressure differential across it you can roughly calculate the flow rate.
