I dropped the ball and lot of my already cut but big ( 12-16 inch) rounds got fungus on it and went punk. When I split it some pieces have more than 50% of white punk wood. Should I just ditch it or it still worth to process?

depends on the stove I would think, my stove is tough to get the air down low enough, but the furnace is better. you will have to be able to get the air real low to burn all stuff like punk and pine. hard stuff takes more air and lasts longer
