I love the Mendota FV48 and the Flame-In-Log, but it feels like a BMW where you pay a lot just for the badge.

My question is if I have fallen in love with the FV48, is there perhaps a Lexus or Honda version of that which is a bit more affordable while cutting out some fringe features?

I suggest you google Mendota FV48, & you’ll be shown a number of gas fireplaces by other manufacturers. Many of the suggestions include the unit price. Compare the features until you find one that meets your needs, wants & budget…

I'm a big fan of regency gas fireplaces
